About Me

Danielle who affectionately goes by “Dani” is a multi passionate consultant focusing on Strategic Brand Marketing and Culinary Arts and Travel.

Dani grew up in Kingston Jamaica, where she earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from The University of Technology Jamaica. Inspired after meeting a Marketing consultant in high school, Danielle majored in Marketing and her love for travel inspired her to pursue a minor in International Business.

During her tenure at university Dani began exploring her skills in the kitchen. Raised in a big Jamaican family, Dani grew up spending most Sundays in the kitchen with her family cooking large meals and her skills quickly stood out. She would volunteer to try more technical dishes as time passed and would pursue every avenue possible to learn more about food and food techniques not only in Jamaica but from around the world. During college she began compiling recipes and by the end of her tenure she had tried and experimented with hundreds of dishes.

Dani decided to take every opportunity to become and exceptional Marketer while keeping her passion for food and travel alive, cooking for friends, taking on more food challenges and even working alongside a chef for three years as his assistant. She focused on Strategic Brand Development working on using a “Spend for Sense” technique ensuring that brands gain maximum return on investment in Marketing. With over 12 years experience Dani has worked with FMCG, Services and Entertainment brands to create and implement strategic result focused marketing campaigns. Dani has produced over 2000 hours of digital content across varying platforms resulting in millions of impressions across multiple channels.

While growing her business craft, Dani continued her passion for food developing many recipes and perfecting techniques for the past 13 years. Her love for food and travel is infectious and she deep-dives into the food world for a total immersive experience. As an Enlightened Culinary Enthusiast she travels the world and shares her experiences and lessons with food lovers.
